Rubix Consulting ("Rubix", "we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through rubixpulse.ai. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and applicable international standards.
2. Data We Collect
We collect only the data you provide voluntarily: • Contact form: name, work email, company, role, industry, and message context. • AIQ assessment: responses, score, name, and email (when claiming a certificate). We do not collect sensitive personal data or data from minors.
3. Purpose & Legal Basis
We process your data for: • Responding to your enquiry (legitimate interest / consent). • Issuing AIQ certificates you request (consent). • Improving our services through anonymized analytics (legitimate interest). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
4. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months unless you request earlier deletion. AIQ certificate data is retained indefinitely to maintain certificate validity. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
5. Data Transfer
Your data may be processed on servers outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (cloud hosting). We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in compliance with PDPL cross-border transfer requirements.
6. Your Rights
